Pickup and Shipping Details
Pickup
Pickup for this auction will be on Friday, October 20, from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM in Greenville, SC. The address and a link to sign up for a pickup time will be printed on your invoice.
  • PICK UP DETAILS: All items are sold AS IS WHERE IS. No refunds or returns. All sales are final. Placing a bid is an agreement to purchase and a winning bid is a contract between you and the seller. All items not picked up during the scheduled pick-up time (without prior arrangements) will be considered abandoned and will be donated or resold with no refund. Non-payment of your invoice by the payment deadline (without prior consent of management) or non-attendance at the pick-up may result in bidder account suspension. Communication with our team is a must to remain in good standing.
  • Emergency and special requests have costs. Our pricing structure to our clients is based on the assumption that all of our buyers respect and comply with our Terms and Conditions as published, including paying for and picking up items by the deadlines without reminders. In order for us to continue to provide auctions that are cost-effective for clients and generate sufficient profit margins for us to remain a viable business, it is necessary that we recoup costs when a buyer, for any reason, has a request that we can accommodate for alternate pick-up (date, time or location) that is outside the published terms and conditions. When an alternate pick-up is mutually agreed upon between the purchaser and auction administrator, regardless of the reason for the request, a $30 Alternate Pick-Up Fee will be charged. The purpose of this fee is to cover the costs that are associated with meeting a buyer outside of the scheduled pick-up date, time, or location. The Alternate Pick-Up Fee is payable at the time of pick-up with cash or a CC. The item(s) will not be released until the Alternate Pick-up Fee is paid. **Please note that in a majority of our projects we are not contracted to have access to the property outside the published pick-up dates and times and as such will not be able to accommodate special or emergency requests.


 SHIPPING:

  • NOT ALL LOTS CAN BE SHIPPED. PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME ITEMS ARE MARKED AS LOCAL PICK-UP ONLY. This is based on size and weight of the lot. If it is an item you are willing to pay the increased shipping cost for, please call for special consideration of shipping BEFORE BIDDING.
  • Local pick-up is preferred. Shipping is available for some items at the buyer's expense. We use USPS Mail. We will use flat-rate envelopes or boxes for all items. We will invoice you with the postage cost plus a $15 handling fee per box within 10 business days through PayPal.
  • NOT FOLLOWING THROUGH WITH SHIPPING ONCE YOUR ITEMS HAVE BEEN PROCESSED, COULD RESULT IN YOUR BIDDER ACCOUNT BEING SUSPENDED. 
  • Please expect at least 7-10 business days for shipment processing. Buyer is responsible for paying all packing, shipping, and insurance charges.
  • All items must be paid for before they are shipped. Items to be shipped cannot be removed from the location without payment. Therefore, if total payment is not received before the local pick-up date & time, the items will be forfeited and bidding privileges may be revoked.
Payment Details
  • Payment: Your payment is due upon receipt of invoice *If you do not receive a copy of your invoice, please follow the payment instructions above to access and pay your invoice. As a reminder, all sales are FINAL with NO REFUNDS.


SHIPPING: 

  • Shipping is available on small, non-furniture items only at buyer's request and expense. 
  • We will ship small items USPS Flat Rate (when applicable) with a $15.00 handling fee per shipping box.


RULES REGARDING ITEMS ON HOLD:

  1. If you need for an item to be held, you must contact us in advance before the pick-up date. Each sale is different and holding items may NOT be an option for every sale. We will approve the hold based on available space and ability to transport to our storage facility if needed. THERE WILL BE A HOLDING FEE OF $30.00 / $50.00. THIS WILL BE PAYABLE AT THE TIME OF PICK-UP WITH CASH, OR CREDIT CARD. 
  2. Items will only be held for 1 month. After 1 month, the items will be considered abandoned and will be resold.
