Pickup and Shipping Details
Pickup
Pickup will be on Wednesday, May 22, from 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM in Spartanburg, SC.
  1. Shipping or Delivery is available for some items at the buyer's expense. There will be a $15.00 handling fee for all shipped items.
  2. After your item(s) are paid, you will receive a separate invoice for shipping charges. Depending on the size of the sale and amount of shipping, it may be several days after pickup before you receive your shipping invoice. Please allow 7-10 days for us to process items being shipped.
  3. All items must be paid for before they are picked up, shipped, or delivered.
  4. We reserve the right to request photo identification (credit card and driver's license) matching the credit card on file before shipping high value items.
Payment Details
  1. Upon item win, your card on file will be automatically processed for payment.
  2. Receipts are emailed to winning Bidders once the sale has completely closed and payment is secured.
  3. To view your receipt, Login to your CTBids Account and go to: Invoices/Receipts.
  4. Caring Transitions reserves the right to re-sell items that are not paid for by 10:00 AM on the day of pickup.
