The pick up for this sale will be Friday April 18th 11-2 & Saturday April 19th 9:30-11:00. Winning bidders will sign up from their invoice for a local pick up time.

  1. SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS & DETAILS: $10 Handling for first lot. Additional Lots are only $1-$3 each. Fragile items that have to be wrapped will have additional handling based off of time and packaging materials. This costs a bit more. Shipping to your location will be charged in addition to handling costs above. Thank you!


After the ENTIRE Auction has Ended you will be emailed your receipt/invoice.

IMPORTANT STEPS YOU MUST TAKE BELOW TO CONFIRM SHIPPING

  1. During Bidding you were asked to choose Pick Up or Shipping, we are notified of your preference.
  2. Confirm that your address in your CTBIDS account is correct, that is where we will mail your lot(s). We are not responsible if we mail to your CTBIDS address and it is incorrect. IF YOU WANT US TO MAIL TO YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS AND NOT THE PRIMARY ADDRESS PLEASE EMAIL KFORTH@CARINGTRANSITIONS.COM. 90% of bidders only have 1 address entered. If you entered a secondary and want your lots sent there you must email us.
  3. SHIPPING INVOICE 6-10 days from the last pick up date we will INVOICE YOU FOR SHIPPING FEES thru YOUR CTBIDS ACCOUNT. Log into your CTBIDS ACCOUNT, go to this sales invoice to approve for shipping. We will then process your payment, this can take 24-48 hours if over a weekend.
  4. Shippo will email your TRACKING NUMBER
  5. YOU DO NOT NEED TO CONTACT US ANY FURTHER. We will ship your lot(s) to you!
  6. When opening your package(s) please stop if you see or suspect any damage. All damage must be photographed as is in the box as you unpack each item. GOOD documentation with photographs is imperative for insurance claims.

Payment Details

Payment:

  • Invoices will include 18% Buyer’s Premium plus applicable sales tax.
  • Upon Item win, your card on file will be automatically processed for payment. All invoices under five thousand dollars ($5,000) will be auto charged to the primary card on file in your user profile for the total amount.
  • Purchases over five thousand dollars ($5,000) will require an auto charge of 10% of whatever the invoice total is. Remaining payment for those invoices must be handled between you and Caring Transitions of Edmonds and North Puget Sound; invoice must be paid in full before receiving a receipt for items won. Contact KFORTH@CARINGTRANSITIONS.COM to make arrangements.
  • Invoices over $250 may require additional information. We will contact you if this step is necessary. Due to online fraud this is to protect you, our clients and us.
  • Receipts are emailed to winning bidders once the sale has completely closed and payment is secured. To view your receipt, login to your CTBIDS Account and go to: Invoices/Receipts. 
  • DECLINED PAYMENT - if your payment fails please remove all cards on file and enter just one default card.
