PICKUP WILL BE 10AM-1PM FRIDAY MARCH 28TH AND 1PM-4PM SATURDAY MARCH 29TH. THERE WILL BE A PICKER SALE AT PICKUP FOR WINNING BIDDERS.
1. Shipping is available for some items at the buyer's expense.
We use UPS Ground service for most items. We insure all shipments at the price paid.
2. Handling charges for shipping are $10 for the first lot and $5.00 for each additional lot.
3.You will receive an email from Shipping Saint after payment asking you to specify Pickup or Shipping.
You MUST click the link in that email to specify shipping or make an appointment for a pickup time.
4.After pickup day we will send a separate invoice for actual
shipping charges. It may be several days after pickup before you receive your
shipping invoice. Large. Bulky or Heavy items will cost more to ship and may
require additional cost for packaging.

*Please bring your own boxes and packing material to remove items. We do not supply boxes, etc.
*Please bring necessary tools and help for picking up and loading large items. Loading assistance is not available. Furniture may
require disassembly to remove from the house so bring tools, if needed. Please bring boxes or totes to hold smaller items.
Note: You MUST come prepared to move your purchases on your own, ESPECIALLY FURNITURE AND HEAVY ITEMS..
1. Winning bidders or their designee MUST pick up your purchases on the scheduled pick up date unless you have made PRIOR arrangements or have requested shipping through Shipping Saint.
2 . Any items not picked up during the scheduled pickup time will be considered abandoned and will be donated or resold unless PRIOR arrangements are made. Cost for alternate pickup is $20 per lot. NO EXCEPTIONS.
3. There is a $50 disposal fee for any large item not picked up.
