Pickup and Shipping Details
Pickup
The Pickup will be on Thursday March 27th from 11:00AM to 3:00PM in Boerne, TX. The exact address will be on your winning invoice.

PLEASE NOTE IMPORTANT CHANGES TO OUR SHIPPING POLICY!

All items will ship through our partner company Shipping Saint. After your auction invoice is paid, you will receive a separate invoice from CT BIDS through Shipping Saint. Depending on the size of the sale and overall volume of shipping, it may be up to 7-14 days after pickup before you receive your shipping invoice. All items must be paid before they are picked up or shipped.


Buyer will be responsible for paying all packing, shipping, and any desired insurance charges. Please note that CT BIDS - Boerne charges a $15 handling fee in addition to applicable shipping charges.  Please be aware that shipping charges can be very expensive and may even exceed the amount that you paid for the item, so please take that into consideration when placing your bids. If shipping is not paid within 30 days of shipping invoice date, item(s) will be considered abandoned property and will be resold or donated with no refund provided.

Payment Details

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Upon Item win, your card on file will be automatically processed for payment.
  2. Receipts are emailed to winning bidders once the sale has completely closed and payment is secured.
  3. IMPORTANT CHANGE!   After the auction has closed, winning bidders will receive a notification from our partner, Shipping Saint, which MUST be completed in order to pick-up or ship your items.  You will be asked to choose shipping or pick-up. If you choose pick-up, you will be required to select a pick-up time on our system.  Shipping clients will automatically have their information sent to our shipping department for handling.
  4. To view your receipt, Login to your CTBIDS Account and go to: Invoices/Receipts.
