Delivery Guarantee Eligible1. Local pick-up is preferred. Shipping is available for some items at the buyer's expense. If you decide to pick up your items after choosing shipping, you must email abeard@caringtransitions.com. Caring Transitions will not be held liable if the contact information on file with CTBids is not accurate.
2. After your sale invoice is paid, you will receive a separate invoice through PayPal for shipping and handling charges after the in-person auction pickup date. Items will not be shipped until the shipping invoice is paid. Packages will automatically be insured to the purchase price of your items.
3. Depending on the size of the online auction and the amount of shipping items from the online auction, it may be several days after the auction pickup before you receive your shipping invoice.
4. Failure to pay your shipping invoice within 30 days will result in your item(s) being forfeited and disposed of by the method that Caring Transitions deems appropriate. Your bidding privileges will be suspended until handling fees are paid.
