Pickup and Shipping Details
Pickup
The pickup will be on Monday, April 7th 9 AM - 12PM in North Billerica, MA 01862. The exact address will be provided on the winning bidders’ invoices. If you are unable to make pickup you may contact Michael at 978-758-0245 to make other arrangements.

SHIPPING:

  • Shipping is available on select items at buyer's expense. NO SHIPPING ON FURNITURE, RUGS OR OTHER LARGE ITEMS.
  • After your item(s) are paid, you will receive a separate invoice for shipping and $10 handling charge, from Shipping Saint on our behalf. Shipping commences after pickup day, and may take up to 5 days before you receive your shipping invoice.
  • All items must be paid for before they are picked up or shipped.
  • We reserve the right to request photo identification (credit card and driver's license) matching the credit card on file before shipping high value items.
  • Please keep in mind that we do not control the cost of shipping. We ship via USPS Ground Advantage, Priority, Flat Rate and UPS as appropriate. However, sometimes we need to use the UPS Store and FedEx Store.
  • For larger items, or items that require a quote in advance, there will be a $20 handling fee. Buyer will be responsible for paying all packing, shipping, and insurance charges.
  • Buyers assume responsibility for finding a shipping agent to pick up, deliver, and insure any large items they wish to have shipped. We will assist in any way we deem reasonable in an effort to be helpful to your needs, including recommending local companies to work with.
  • Please be aware that shipping charges can be very expensive and may even exceed the amount that you paid for the item, so please take that into consideration when placing your bids. If shipping is not paid for within five (5) days, item(s) will be considered abandoned property and will be resold or donated with no refund provided.
  • We deeply apologize! Due to the significant increase in scams/unauthorized transaction chargebacks, it is now necessary to require insurance AND signature/proof of delivery on any item(s) and/or invoice over $200.00.
Payment Details

Payment instructions:

  1. Upon item win, your card on file will be automatically processed for payment.
  2. Receipts are emailed to winning Bidders once the sale has completely closed and payment is secured.
  3. To view your receipt, Login to your CTBids Account and go to: Invoices/Receipts.
  4. Caring Transitions reserves the right to re-sell items that are not paid for by noon the day before pick-up or within five (5) days of being billed for shipping.
