Please read pick up/shipping/delivery instructions carefully. We will be unable to answer questions on the day of pick up.

Pick Up:

• Pick-up will be on Saturday, April 12th in Mesa near Val Vista and University
• Employees are NOT authorized to help with moving or packing items
• Please bring any necessary tools or boxes to haul your items- we do not always have boxes available
• It is your responsibility to ensure everything you purchased is accounted for and is in the condition represented in the listing PRIOR to leaving the pick-up site. Please bring any concerns to our attention, prior to leaving, so we may have an opportunity to resolve any dissatisfaction you may have with your purchased item(s). Any issues, or missing items, not presented to us at the time of pick-up cannot be resolved due to factors beyond our control.
• Any items not claimed on pick-up day are considered abandoned and will be donated or resold immediately with NO REFUNDS. Additionally, you will be charged a $25 storage and removal fee per lot. Large furniture items that are not picked up will be charged $50 removal fee per lot.
• The full address for pick-up as well as a link to schedule a pick-up appointment time-slot will be on winning bidders' invoices. Please ONLY bid if you are able to attend the pick-up or if you have made arrangements with us to have your item(s) shipped.

Shipping:

• Shipping is available for some items at the Buyer's expense. Note: Shipping can be more and sometimes much more than the price you paid for an item. Please keep that in mind when bidding. We do not provide shipping estimates. Each Lot shipped incurs a $10 Service Charge for processing (plus materials and the actual cost to ship via the least expensive carrier). If you have a lot weighing over 25 pounds, it will be a $20 svc charge. If we have to contact you multiple times to pay your invoice you will be charged an additional service charge.
• Note: when you request shipping, its for the entire lot to be shipped. On rare occasions, if we agree to ship a partial lot, there will be an additional handling fee to do so as we have to dispose of the remaining items, etc.
• We do not provide cost estimates for shipping. Shipping costs are determined once an item has been packed, measured, and weighed. Keep in mind that shipping costs may exceed the value of an item. Please bid accordingly. 
• Packing/shipping can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks but we do strive to have items shipped within 2 weeks of the auction pick-up day. If you have not received a shipping invoice (via email/text) within three weeks of the auction pick-up date, please contact us via email at gsmith@caringtransitions.com or tstewart@caringtransitions.com

You are responsible for arranging pick up on your items BEFORE pick up day. If pick up time slots are full, make sure to arrive some time within the scheduled pick up hours. Pick up day is not the appropriate time to call/text/email to schedule pick up or delivery. That should be done before pick up day, as pick up day is very busy and we may not be able to respond.
