Pick-up Time: 10am-2pm in the north San Antonio area, TX 78247

  1. Please ONLY bid if you are able to attend the pick-up or if you request shipping.
  2. After the auction closes, and after your item(s) are paid for, winning bidders will receive their paid invoices to the email address on file with ctbids.com. You will also receive a separate email and text from our shipping partner SHIPPING SAINT acknowledging the auction win and asking if you will be picking up your item or if you would like shipping. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive these important emails.
  3. Shipping is available for some items at the buyer's expense.
  4. All items must be paid for before they are picked up or shipped.
  5. For shipping, we allow 5 days to pay shipping invoice, once it has been sent. Failure to pay on time results in items being considered abandoned property and will be donated or resold with no refund provided.
  6. Full address for pick-up will be provided on winning bidder's invoices.
  7. Customers picking up their items will be given the opportunity to sign-up for a pick-up time through the online scheduler. Please respond promptly when you receive this important email / text about signing up for a pick-up time.
  8. .We will only ship lots that are noted as shippable on our auction listings. If you choose shipping, your auction details will be sent to our shipping department for handling. Depending on the size of the sale and amount of shipping, it may be several days after the close of auction before you receive your separate invoice for shipping charges.
  9. Please note that shipping charges can sometimes be very expensive and may even exceed the amount that you paid for the item, so please take that into consideration when placing your bids.
  10. We reserve the right to request photo identification (credit card and driver's license) matching the credit card on file before shipping or picking up high value items.

  1. Upon Item win, your card on file will be automatically processed for payment.
  2. Receipts are emailed to winning Bidders once the sale has completely closed and payment is secured.
  3. To view your receipt, Login to your CTBIDS Account and go to: Invoices/Receipts.
  4. Caring Transitions reserves the right to donate or re-sell items that are not paid for by noon the day after sales closes.
