Pickup and Shipping Details
Pickup
This pickup will be Thursday, April 10th from 10am - 2pm in Riverchase 77345. The exact address will be on the winning bidders invoice. Failure to pick up items during our scheduled pickup hours will be considered a forfeit of the items, which may lead to bidder suspension. A $25 reinstatement fee will be required for non-compliant bidders to reactivate their account.
  1. Shipping or Delivery is available for some items at the buyer's expense.
  2. After your item(s) are paid you will receive a separate invoice for shipping charges including a $15 Handling Fee. Depending on the size of the sale and amount of shipping, it may be several days after pickup before you receive your shipping invoice.
  3. All items must be paid for before they are shipped.
  4. We reserve the right to request photo identification (credit card and driver's license) matching the credit card on file before shipping high value items.
  5. If you do not pay for shipping/delivery within 2 weeks of purchase, your items will forfeited & resold. Additionally, your bidding privileges may be revoked and there may be a $25 reinstatement fee.
  6. All items are sold AS IS and there are no refunds.
Payment Details
  1. Upon item win, your card on file will be automatically processed for payment.
  2. Receipts are emailed to winning Bidders once the sale has completely closed and payment is secured.
  3. To view your receipt, Login to your CTBids Account and go to: Invoices/Receipts.
  4. Caring Transitions reserves the right to re-sell items that are not paid for by noon the day before pick-up.
  5. All sales are final, no refunds
