Pickup and Shipping Details

Pickup is scheduled for Saturday, March 29th, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM in San Francisco's Buena Vista neighborhood. Please note that this is a second-story unit with stair access only.
  1. Shipping or Delivery is available for some items at the buyer's expense.
  2. After your item(s) are paid (may include Handling fee), you will receive a separate invoice for shipping charges. Depending on the size of the sale and amount of shipping, it may be several days after pickup before you receive your shipping invoice.
  3. All items must be paid for before they are picked up, shipped, or delivered.
  4. We reserve the right to request photo identification (credit card and driver's license) matching the credit card on file before shipping high value items.
Payment Details
  1. Upon Item win, your card on file will be automatically processed for payment.
  2. Receipts are emailed to winning Bidders once the sale has completely closed and payment is secured.
  3. To view your receipt, Login to your CTBids Account and go to: Invoices/Receipts.
  4. Caring Transitions reserves the right to re-sell items that are not paid for before pick-up.
