1. All items must be paid in full before they are picked up or shipped (see payment details below).

2. After receiving your invoice, please use the link at the bottom of the invoice to schedule your pick up time. Please show up at your scheduled time. If you are early you may be asked to wait or come back later. Abandoned furniture is subject to a $50 disposal fee.

3. Shipping is available for some items at the buyer’s expense. We use USPS flat rate shipping for all items that fit in flat rate boxes. Larger items will be shipped USPS or UPS, whichever is least expensive. Any packages with more than a $200 value will be sent with a signature required

4. On the scheduled pick up day, our shipping staff will retrieve your items from the pick up location. Then they will be packed and prepared for shipping. After that you will receive a shipping invoice that will include a $15 handling fee. This is not per item, it is per box shipped. We will pack your items in as few boxes as possible. All postage prices will include insurance. There may also be a charge for supplies. Breakable and oversized items that are marked not shippable will be taken to the UPS store for packing and shipping. You will be charged a $15 handling fee in order for us to deliver it there. The shipping process can take up to two weeks, depending on the size of the auction and the amount of items being shipped. Please have patience!
