Pickup and Shipping Details
Pickup
• Pickup Day is on Saturday, Apr 5, from 9 AM to 12 PM in Menifee, CA (92586). • There is a small Picker's Sale on Pickup Day. • Please bid only if you can pick up your items during the specified days and times. Alternate Pickup Day may be available for a nominal fee. • Items not picked up during the scheduled time will be considered abandoned, and large items left behind will incur hauling charges.

  1. Shipping is available for some items at the buyer's expense. We pack and ship via USPS Priority Flat Rate envelopes or boxes. We use local shipper for packing and shipping services for delicate items or items that cannot fit in a USPS Flat Rate box. A $10 handling fee for the first lot and $5 for each additional lot will be added to your shipping invoice regardless of the size of the lot. We process all shipments the week following Pick-up Day.
  2. After your item(s) are paid, you will receive a separate invoice for shipping charges. Depending on the size of the sale and the amount of shipping, it may be several days after pickup before you receive your shipping invoice.
  3. If you require shipping, please send an email to ctmenifee@caringtransitions.com so we know not to expect you at pickup.
  4. All items must be paid for before they are picked up or shipped.

  1. Upon Item win, your card on file will be automatically processed for payment.
  2. Receipts are emailed to winning Bidders once the sale has completely closed and payment is secured.
  3. To view your receipt, Login into your CTBIDS Account and go to Invoices/Receipts.
  4. Caring Transitions reserves the right to re-sell items that are not paid for by noon the day before pick-up.
