Shipping charges can be very expensive on large items!
Jewelry and other small items will ship first class if appropriate. Over 1lb is shipped flat rate or by weight/size, which ever makes more sense for economy and speed.
Jewelry minimum shipping is 6.00 per shipment.
There are no handling fees.
Large or heavy items such as furniture or heavy tools over 40lbs will not be shipped.
Lots over 40lbs will be broken down into more than 1 box.
Contact us BEFORE bidding to make sure item(s) can be shipped. You may arrange your own pick up via U Ship or other providers IF they are arriving during pick up hours OR previous arrangmements have been made. We are not always able to late pick up due to closing dates, etc.
Shipments, if approved, will not ship until AFTER the pick-up date.
It is unacceptable to not pay shipping charges for items that you have won. If shipping is not paid for, your items will be considered abandoned property. No refunds will be given, and items may be resold or donated.
IF SHIPPING IS NOT PAID AFTER ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE SUSPENDED.
1. Upon Item win, your card on file will be automatically processed for payment.
2. Receipts are emailed to winning Bidders once the sale has completely closed and payment is secured.
3. To view your receipt, Login to your CTBIDS Account and go to: Invoices/Receipts.
4. Caring Transitions reserves the right to re-sell PICK UP items that are not paid for by noon the day before pick-up if have not been in contact regarding any payment issues.
