Pickup and Shipping Details
Pickup
Auction pickups will be on Thursday and Friday, April 3rd & 4th from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm.
  1. Shipping is available for some items at the buyer's expense. We use USPS Mail for all items that fit in a flat rate ship envelope or box. If the item does not fit in a flat rate ship box or is fragile, we may use 3rd party shipping for packing and shipping.
  2. After your sale invoice is paid (may include Handling fee), you will receive a separate invoice for shipping charges. Depending on the size of the sale and amount of shipping, it may be several days after pickup before you receive your shipping invoice.
  3. If you live out of state, we assume you need shipping and you don't need to contact us. If you live in WASHINGTON State and require shipping, please contact us.
  4. All items must be paid for before they are picked up or shipped.


Payment Details
  1. Your card on file will be automatically processed for payment.
  2. The address on your CTBids Account must match your Credit Card Address
  3. Receipts are emailed to winning Bidders once the sale has completely closed and payment is secured.
  4. To view your receipt, Log into your CTBIDS Account and go to Invoices/Receipts.
  5. Caring Transitions reserves the right to re-sell items not paid for by noon the day before pick-up.
  6. Shipping is a separate invoice and cannot be automatically charged without approval from the winner.
