Pickup and Shipping Details

The pick up will be on Friday, April 4th from 10am-1pm in Polson MT. The address will be provided on winning bidder invoices.

  1. Local pick up is preferred. Shipping or Delivery is available for items marked "Shippable" at the buyer's expense. We use USPS Mail for all items that fit in a flat rate ship envelope or box. If the item does not fit in a flat rate ship box or is fragile, buyer is responsible for paying for 3rd party packing and shipping.
  2. After your item(s) are paid, you will receive a separate invoice for shipping, packing, and handling charges. Depending on the size of the sale and amount of shipping, it may be several days after pickup before you receive your shipping invoice. Buyer has 24 hours after shipping invoice is received to pay for shipping. Buyer will be responsible for paying all packing, shipping, and any desired insurance charges. Please be aware that shipping charges can be very expensive and may even exceed the amount that you paid for the item, so please take that into consideration when placing your bids. If shipping is not paid for, item(s) will be considered abandoned property and will be resold or donated with no refund provided.
  3. This location does not pack fragile items. If you purchase fragile items. once the handling is paid for we will drop it off at the local UPS to be packaged and they will reach out with shipping costs.
  4. If you require shipping, please send an email to at caring4MT@caringtransitions.com before the scheduled pickup date.
  5. All items must be paid for before they are picked up or shipped.

  1. Upon Item win, your card on file will be automatically processed for payment.
  2. Receipts are emailed to winning Bidders once the sale has completely closed and payment is secured.
  3. To view your receipt, Login to your CTBIDS Account and go to: Invoices/Receipts.
  4. Caring Transitions reserves the right to re-sell items that are not paid for by noon the day before pick-up.
  5. Should you have any issues regarding payment of an item, please e-mail our Liquidation Manager at caring4MT@caringtransitions.com
  6. Add on invoices for shipping/handling will be sent the Monday following the auction pick up
