The pickup for this auction is on April 8th, 2025 from 10am-2pm in Phoenix, AZ 85050


PICK UP:

  • The pick-up for this auction will be on Tuesday, April 8th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. in Phoenix, AZ 85050 
  • There will be a picker's sale for winning bidders only!
  • The full address for pick-up as well as a link to schedule a pick-up appointment time-slot will be on winning bidders' invoices. Please ONLY bid if you are able to attend the pick-up or if you have made arrangements with us to have your item(s) shipped.
  • There may or may not be available staff to assist in pick up. If we are to assist you in loading your items during pick up, we are not liable for any damage done to your items or your vehicle.


DELIVERY:

  • Delivery available within the valley for an additional fee. For questions contact us at (952) 992-0008 (text for a quicker response) or by email caringtransitionspvaz@gmail.com.

 

SHIPPING:

  • Shipping is available on select items only at buyer's expense. NO SHIPPING ON FURNITURE, RUGS, OR OTHER LARGE ITEMS. Customers who desire shipping must email caringtransitionspvaz@gmail.com. A $10 for the first item and $5 for each additional item in handling fee's + shipping will be charged by Caring Transitions via a second invoice for you review and pay to ship your items. We ship via USPS Priority and Flat Rate as appropriate. However, sometimes we need to use UPS and FedEx. 
  • Buyer will be responsible for paying all packing, shipping, and any desired insurance charges. Please be aware that shipping charges can be very expensive and may even exceed the amount that you paid for the item, so please take that into consideration when placing your bids. If shipping is not paid for, item(s) will be considered abandoned property and will be resold or donated with no refund provided.
  • Please make sure your address is updated in CTBids BEFORE placing a bid. Items will be shipped to the address that appears on your invoice for that auction. If you have not updated your address, Caring Transitions is not liable for items sent to the wrong address.
  • We will begin the shipping process on the day of pickup. We will have a shipping invoice sent out within seven (7) days from the day of pick up. Invoices are sent to the email linked to your CTBIDS account. If you have not received a shipping invoice within those seven days, it is your responsibility to reach out to caringtransitionspvaz@gmail.com or call 952-992-0008 for further information. You will have 30 days to pay your shipping invoice from its sent date. After 30 days of nonpayment of your shipping invoice, your items will be deemed abandoned and you forfeit those items.
  • Make It Returnable and Delivery Guarantee: A Third Party Vendor, SEEL, provides MAKE IT RETURNABLE (Return Assurance) and GUARANTEED DELIVERY (Shipping Protection) services for select and eligible lots on CTBids. These services can be purchased by you during the bidding process or with your CTBids Premier Membership subscription. This purchase constitutes a direct service agreement between you and SEEL and not with any CTBids or Caring Transitions franchise. SEEL is the final authority and is solely responsible for handling claims. https://www.seel.com. To start a claim or check claim status visit: https://resolve.seel.com. For return questions email: Returns@Seel.com. Please Note: The original CTBids Buyer’s Premium, shipping fees, and return shipping costs to SEEL for items are not covered or eligible for reimbursement. ALL items in a lot must be returned with a claim for customer refund. Items must be returned in the same condition as when purchased. A request to return a lot must be made within (7) SEVEN days of delivery date or item received date (pick-up or shipped).
Payment Details


TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  1. Placing a bid is an agreement to purchase. If you bid, you MUST be available, or arrange for, the pick-up of your purchases on the pick-up date unless you have made prior shipping arrangements. If you win, you must pick up your item(s) or make shipping arrangements. 
  2. If you default on your purchase, your bidding privileges will be revoked permanently. Do not bid if you do not plan to purchase. All items not picked up during the scheduled pick-up time will be considered abandoned and will be donated or resold.  
  3. Bring necessary tools and help for pick-up. Loading help is NOT available. Items may be located on a 2nd floor, basement or out building.
  4. Payment receipts are emailed to winning bidders once the sale has completely closed and your payment has been processed. In the event your payment cannot be fully processed, full payment must be received within 24 hours or your items will be resold and your bidding privileges will be revoked. Full address for pick-up will be on winning bidders’ invoices. If you do not receive a copy of your invoice via email, please log into your account on CTBids and visit Invoices/Receipts.
  5. All invoices under five thousand dollars ($5,000) will be auto charged to the primary card on file in your user profile for the total amount. Purchases of five thousand dollars ($5,000) or more will require an auto charge of 10% of whatever the invoice total is. Remaining payment for those invoices must be handled between you and the Seller.
  6. SHIPPING: Shipping is available at the buyer's expense including a $10 handling fee. Please see Shipping Terms for additional details. NOT ALL LOTS CAN BE SHIPPED - NO SHIPPING ON FURNITURE, RUGS, OR OTHER LARGE ITEMS. 
  7. All items must be paid for before they are picked up or shipped. Items to be shipped cannot be removed from the location without payment.
  8. A 18% Buyer's Premium plus Sales Tax will be added to the final bid amount when invoiced.
  9. We have made every effort to describe lot items as accurately as possible. Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage, and used items. We do not list every flaw. All items are sold AS IS WHERE IS. No refunds or returns. Caring Transitions does not guarantee the working order of any clock, watch, electronic or mechanical device. Electronics have been plugged in and turned on, but not tested. Dimensions given may be approximate.
  10. Bid Retraction: If you request a retraction of a bid, ALL of your bids will be retracted. We will NOT retract bids within 30 minutes of auction close.
  11. Questions: ALL questions about items including flaws, originality of artwork, quality of jewelry, etc. MUST be asked BEFORE bidding. If an item has been shipped to you and you have any questions or concerns, you MUST report this within two (2) days.

 

Our auction site is designed to replicate a live auction. When bids are placed near the close of an item, extra time is added to allow all bidders a chance to win the item. If identical bids are placed on an item, the first person to place their bid will be awarded the item.

 

Don't forget about maximum bidding! You can preset your high bid and the system will bid automatically and incrementally for you up to your maximum.
