Local pick up is vastly preferred. Shipping or Delivery is available for SOME items at the buyer's expense. We use USPS flat rate for easily shippable items. We use UPS for anything larger than flat rate. $20 in handling charges will be added to your sales invoice for the 1^st 2 itmes shipped or taken off-site. $10 for each item over 2 items. Additional charges may be incurred for large, heavy, or fragile items, or when more than a few lots require shipping. For any item that is not picked up during the stated pickup time, we charge a handling fee of $20 for the 1^st2 items, and $10 for the 2nd or more items.
We use USPS Mail for all items that fit in a flat rate ship envelope or box. Jewelry, gold, silver, and coins are usually easy to ship. Your $20-$30 handling charge will usually also cover flat rate shipping charges.
Shipping larger and fragile items can get very expensive. If the item does not fit in a flat rate ship box, is fragile, or several lots were purchased, we may charge for time, materials, and/or extra handling in addition to the shipping cost OR use UPS for packing and shipping. UPS will pick up the item, and charge you a pickup, packing, and mailing fee.
After your item(s) are paid (may include Handling fee), you will receive a separate invoice for shipping charges. Depending on the size of the sale and amount of shipping, it may be several days after pickup before you receive your shipping invoice.
If you require shipping, please send an email to at ctfxbg@caringtransitions.com so we know not to expect you at pickup.
All items must be paid for before they are picked up, shipped, or delivered.
Local delivery may be available for a minimum charge of $ 99. Please email ctfxbg@caringtransitions.com.

Upon Item win, your card on file will be automatically processed for payment.
Receipts are emailed to winning Bidders once the sale has completely closed and payment is secured.
To view your receipt, Login to your CTBIDS Account and go to: Invoices/Receipts.
Caring Transitions reserves the right to re-sell items that are not paid for by noon the day before pick-up.

Failure to pay for your purchase or shipping charges will result in suspension from the CTBids system. Reinstatement after suspension requires payment of the original invoice amount and a $25 fee.
