1. Local pick up is preferred. Shipping is available for some items at the buyer's expense. We use USPS Mail or UPS for all items. Items that are fragile or require specialized packing will be taken to a 3rd party shipper for packing and shipping. You will be charges a handling fee that must be paid prior to items being taken to the shipper. You will be contacted by the shipper to submit payment.
2. After your sale invoice is paid, you will receive a separate invoice for shipping and handling charges. Depending on the size of the sale and amount of shipping, it may be several days after pickup before you receive your shipping invoice. You will have 5 days to remit payment for shipping/handling charges. If payment is not received by this time, your items will be considered abandoned and donated, and you will forfeit at your own expense. In addition, you will have your bidding privileges revoked until you have paid for the handling charges. We have to pay to prepack your items to generate a shipping weight, therefore, we have incurred the cost of handling whether you have followed through on your end.
3. If you require shipping, please send an email to pmckillip@caringtransitions.com PRIOR TO THE PICK UP DATE or indicate through the app so we know not to expect you at pickup. If you do not communicate this prior to the pick up date you will forfeit your items at YOUR expense.
4. All items must be paid for before they are picked up or shipped. Your shipping invoice must be paid prior to us shipping your items. We will not hold any items more than 5 days after the shipping invoice has been sent and you will forfeit your items at your expense.
1. Invoices will be sent out once the sale has completely closed. Payment is due immediately upon receipt of invoice.
2. Login to your CTBids Account: Invoices>Purchases>Check out button> Choose Paypal or select the option below the PayPal login to use a debit or credit card.
3. Payments must be made no later than noon, following the close of the auction. You can pay with a major credit card or PayPal. Caring Transitions reserves the right to re-sell items that are not paid for by noon the day before pick-up.
