1. Local pick up is preferred. Shipping is available for some items (only those marked 'shippable' at the buyer's expense. We use primarily USPS , we may also use 3rd party shipping for packing and shipping. If value is over $300, we will use Fedex. All items/lots for one bidder must fit into a small Home Depot moving box (16x12x12 max). Handling charge will be added to ship invoice - $7-$9 for first item, plus $3 for each addt'l item. There may be additional requirements for high dollar items.
2. After your sale invoice is paid, you will receive a separate invoice for shipping charges a couple days after pickup . Please pay your ship invoice within 5 days of billing. If ship invoice is not paid in 5 days and we receive no response from you, your item will be forfeit.

4. All items must be paid for before they are picked up or shipped.
1.Payments are automatically processed for winning bidders using credit cards on file once the sale has completely closed
2. Login to your CTBids Account: Invoices>Purchases> to view your invoice/receipt, or refer to the copy emailed to you.
3. If your credit/debit card will not process by 3pm the day before pickup, Caring Transitions reserves the right to re-sell items .
