The pickup date, time, and location are non-negotiable. If you do not retrieve your items during the pickup window they will be considered abandoned and you will not be entitled to a refund. Please only bid if you are able to attend the pickup or are having your item(s) shipped. We cannot retract your bids if you can no longer make the pickup. If you need an alternate pickup date, this must be approved in advance and we charge a $20 fee for relocating and storing your item(s.) This option is only available for small items and with prior approval. Please email jilliandelaney@caringtransitions.com if you have questions about scheduling an alternate pickup.
Shipping: Check for the green box above "Current Bid" indicating an item is shippable. Any items NOT marked "shippable" must be approved before bidding. Email jdelaney@caringtransitions.com for assistance.

General Pickup Instructions
Please bring your own packaging materials to protect and transport your items. Be sure you have enough cargo space to take home your purchases as we do not offer delivery and items left behind will be considered abandoned and will be donated or resold with no refund. For large items/furniture a $40 convenience/restocking fee will be added to your account balance. Account balances must be repaid before bidding privilege reinstatement is considered. Our team will assist with loading furniture and other large items.
It is your responsibility to ensure everything you purchase is present and accounted for before leaving the pickup site. Discuss any concerns about the quantity or quality of your items with a Caring Transitions employee in person. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases but we cannot resolve any issues of dissatisfaction once you have taken possession of your items.
