1. Local pick up is preferred. Shipping is available for some items at the buyer's expense. We use USPS Priority Mail for all items that fit in a flat rate ship envelope or box. If the item does not fit in a flat rate ship box or is fragile, we may utilize a 3rd party packer and shipper.
2. After your sale invoice is paid, you will receive a separate invoice for shipping charges. Depending on the size of the sale and amount of shipping, it may be several days after our auction ends before you receive your shipping invoice.
3. If you require shipping, please send an email to Mark at mmcclure@caringtransitions.net so we know not to expect you at pickup.
4. All items must be paid for before they are picked up or shipped.
1. Congrats on winning! We'll email you an invoice for your winning(s) shortly after the auction has completely closed. Payment is due immediately upon receipt of invoice. Caring Transitions of Greater Nashville will process your payment using the credit/debit card information you entered at CTBids.com. We do not have access to your credit/debit card number or other details of your payment method(s).
2. If your card is declined by our credit card processor for any reason, Caring Transitions of Greater Nashville reserves the sole right to immediately void your purchase(s) and offer your items to another bidder or sell them via other means. We may, but are not required to, offer you the opportunity within 24 hours of the end of the auction to register and pay with a different card or, in situations in which you've exceeded your credit limit, resolve that issue with your bank. We also reserve the right to ban you from bidding on the CTBids.com website, particularly if it appears to us that you are behaving fraudulently, dishonestly, belligerently or unscrupulously, either regarding your method of purchase and/or regarding the manner in which you interact with us.
