Pickup and Shipping Details

Saturday, April 12th 10-12
  1. Local pick up is preferred. Shipping or Delivery is available for some items at the buyer's expense. We use USPS Mail for all items that fit in a flat rate ship envelope or box. If the item does not fit in a flat rate ship box or is fragile, we may use 3rd party shipping for packing and shipping.
  2. A $10.00 handling fee will be charged for each lot shipped.
  3. After your item(s) are paid, you will receive a separate invoice for shipping and handling charges. Depending on the size of the sale and amount of shipping, it may be several days after pickup before you receive your shipping invoice. If your item fits in a flat rate box CTBids Loudoun will pack and ship your items, if this method is used you will get an invoice from us for shipping and handling fees. If the items is larger than what will fit in a flat rate box, we will drop items off at our preferred shipper. They will pack and ship your items there. If items are large, bulky, or heavy the shipping fee may be above $50.00. If third party shipping is used, you will pay them directly for the shipping charges.
Payment Details
  1. Upon Item win, your card on file will be automatically processed for payment.
  2. Receipts are emailed to winning Bidders once the sale has completely closed and payment is secured.
  3. To view your receipt, Login to your CTBIDS Account and go to: Invoices/Receipts.
  4. Caring Transitions reserves the right to re-sell items that are not paid for by noon the day before pick-up. Items not picked up will be charged a $20.00 disposal fee.
