SHIPPING:
Please be sure your mailing address is correct on your CTBIDS.com account. We will not ship to an alternate address. Please note that Caring Transitions of Houston Metro & Sugar Land charges a $15.00 handling fee for up to 5 lots of shippable items. Winning buyers that request shipping will receive an invoice for the actual cost of shipping & insurance, plus the applicable handling fee. Please consider these handling charges when bidding as the total shipping & handling costs may exceed the amount spent on your item.
All items will ship through our partner company Shipping Saint. After your auction invoice is paid, you will receive a separate invoice from CT BIDS through Shipping Saint. We are currently working to have shipping items invoiced within 10 working days from the auction pickup date. Buyer will be responsible for paying all packing, shipping, and any desired insurance charges. Shipping invoices must be paid within 30 days of invoice date; otherwise, item(s) will be considered abandoned property and will be resold or donated with no refund provided.
